Senior Medicare Medicaid Biller Collector

Prime Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Senior Medicare Medicaid Biller Collector to join our team. As a key member of our revenue cycle team, you will be responsible for billing and collections, ensuring accurate and timely payment of accounts in accordance with Medicare and Medicaid guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date billing information for all patients
- Process and submit claims to Medicare and Medicaid in a timely and accurate manner
- Follow up with payers and patients to resolve claim rejections and obtain missing documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless billing and collections processes
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years hospital managed care/commercial collector experience
- 2 years of recent hospital Medicare billing experience in an automated environment
- Associates degree or equivalent work experience required
- Knowledge of contract interpretation and hospital billing requirements
