- Associate degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in construction equipment rental, sales, manufacturing, or managing construction projects.
- 1 year of dewatering experience.
- Knowledge of dewatering or bypass pumping preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel as needed.
