Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Analyst to join our team in downtown LA. The role provides critical operations support by assisting with administrative tasks, troubleshooting issues, and supervising vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver operational support to the organization by developing and documenting business processes, assisting with administrative tasks, and addressing problems as they arise.
  • Supervise external service providers in delivering services to the organization, specifically IT support vendors.
  • Oversee contract management, including renewal discussions, reviewing contract requirements, tracking expirations, maintaining deadlines for deliverables, and detailed review of invoices.
  • Support legal entity management, including preparation of corporate governance documents, regulatory filings, and reporting, as well as liaising with regulatory bodies as needed.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal departments to enable, support, and improve day-to-day business operations and processes with the goal of enhancing operations.
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive in-office work culture.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in a setting similar to this role.

Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.

Proficient with technology, including computer software and advanced MS Office skills.

Salary range: $85-100k.
