Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Front Office Manager to join our team at Pyramid Global Hospitality. As a key member of our front desk operations, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of front desk operations for assigned shifts, including scheduling employees, monitoring performance, and recommending corrective action when necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling, staffing, and performance monitoring
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve front desk efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities for front desk staff
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a front office or hospitality management role
  • Proven track record of improving front desk efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
