Position Summary
The District Manager is accountable for overseeing all operational aspects within designated Planet Fitness locations. This role encompasses managing between 3 to 8 clubs, ensuring they meet the established standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure a consistently exceptional customer experience across all clubs in the district.
- Analyze club performance metrics to develop corrective action plans in collaboration with Club Managers.
- Maintain operational consistency across all locations, focusing on:
