We are currently seeking a highly skilled Insurance Sales Producer to join our team. This is a full-time position that requires strong sales skills, excellent communication skills, and fluency in Lithuanian or Russian.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively contact clients to assess their insurance needs and provide personalized recommendations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering ongoing support and guidance
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest life insurance products and industry trends to better serve clients
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve company and individual sales goals

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Strong sales skills with experience in tracking, developing, following up, and closing leads
  • Excellent multitasking and computer skills, with proficiency in written and verbal communication
  • Familiarity with sales software, with knowledge of Infusionsoft a plus
  • Strong communication skills
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Active P&C Producer License
  • Fluent/Native in Lithuanian or Russian
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Customer Service Agent in the insurance industry

This is a remote position, and we encourage highly motivated and skilled Sales Producers who are fluent in Lithuanian or Russian to apply for this exciting opportunity.
