Job Summary:

The College Director of Concurrent Enrollment will play a vital role in implementing the dual enrollment policy and procedures at Connecticut State Community College. This position requires a strong leader who can work collaboratively with the College Director of Dual Enrollment to provide training for campus-based concurrent enrollment teams, technical assistance to school districts, and strengthen campus partnerships to expand concurrent enrollment options.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration of the Dual Credit Expansion IHE grant
  • Program implementation and technical assistance
  • Attendance and participation at committee, staff, informational, and professional meetings

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in an appropriately related field
  • Two or more years of related experience, including up to two years of supervisory experience
  • Proven ability to work with culturally, linguistically, and ethnically diverse faculty, staff, and students
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as strong information technology literacy skills
