We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Software Developer with a minimum of 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design, develop, and configure Salesforce solutions while providing best practice guidance. You will be responsible for the full software development lifecycle, with a focus on planning, analysis, testing, integration, documentation, and presentation. Your expertise will be essential in addressing integration challenges and ensuring project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and configure Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Develop triggers, Lightning Web Components, and other elements as outlined in the Detailed Design specifications.
  • Write and execute unit test code to ensure the reliability and performance of developed solutions.
  • Address complex issues related to solution integration, compatibility, and operation across multiple platforms.
  • Formulate and define the scope and objectives of solutions, modifying procedures as needed to solve complex problems.
  • Oversee the completion of projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
  • Conduct feasibility analysis on potential future projects and present findings to management.
  • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, emphasizing planning, analysis, and documentation.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical insights.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Strong understanding of Cloud and SaaS technologies.
  • Proven experience in software development lifecycle and project management methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to devise effective solutions under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II) are a plus.
