About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electromagnetic Effects Engineer to join our team at Aleron. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing electromagnetic effects solutions for our clients in the aerospace and defense industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop electromagnetic effects solutions for aircraft and aerospace systems
  • Conduct electromagnetic effects analysis and testing to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electromagnetic effects solutions into larger systems
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in electromagnetic effects technology
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering or RF Engineering
  • Minimum 9 years of experience in electromagnetic effects engineering
  • Strong understanding of electromagnetic effects principles and industry standards
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering or RF Engineering
  • Experience with electromagnetic effects modeling and simulation tools
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
  • Certified EMC Engineer certification
