Job Summary

The primary objective of this role is to ensure the smooth operation of IT-related systems and hardware by providing technical support and troubleshooting services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic solutions to resolve technical issues related to Help Desk support.
  • Provide expert assistance to end-users on a variety of technical matters, identifying and resolving problems efficiently.
  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and Help Desk requests for technical support in a timely and professional manner.
  • Document and track problems to ensure timely resolution and maintain accurate records.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, including Microsoft Client Operating Systems, Windows 7/8.1/10/11, Microsoft Office, and Imaging technologies.
  • Deploy hardware as needed to support the organization's IT infrastructure.

Requirements:

Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and frequent interruptions.
  • Strong understanding of computer hardware, including SSD, RAM, Processor, and other components.
  • Knowledge of IT systems and their interconnections.
  • Familiarity with mobile devices, including iPhone and iOS.
  • Basic working knowledge of TCP/IP and LAN Networking.
  • Adherence to all safety policies and guidelines.
  • Willingness to take on special projects as directed by management.

Education and Experience:

A minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field, with relevant certifications considered a plus.

Working Conditions:

  • Physical Demands: The role requires standing, sitting, squatting, walking, bending, moving, reaching, or stretching for prolonged periods, with no restrictions.
  • Work in a safe and professional manner, adhering to all regulatory requirements, including OSHA, EPA, State, and Federal regulations.
  • Comprehend and adhere to management directions and/or safety instructions with no restrictions.
  • Effectively communicate in Business English language.
  • Pull, push, carry, lift, or move items up to 50 lbs. throughout the work shift without assistance.
  • Pull, push, carry, lift, or move materials, people, items, or equipment weighing over 50lbs or more during the work shift, with the use of Company-provided devices.

Travel: The candidate may be required to travel domestically and possibly internationally.
