Multi-Unit General Manager

Victra Inc is seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our retail store operations. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for shaping the guest experience, coaching your team, and driving sales growth while maintaining operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Implement and maintain operational excellence in all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, labor control, and loss prevention.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive traffic and sales growth in the store.
- Provide coaching and training to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Manage store budgets, forecasts, and sales reports to ensure accurate financial performance.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
- Ensure that all store employees meet and exceed defined success measurements.
- 1-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment, with 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
- Proven track record of achieving challenging sales goals and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Basic interview skills and enhanced staffing knowledge.
- High school diploma or GED.
- One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak vacation periods.
- At least 18 years of age.
