Job Description

The Restaurant Team Lead will be responsible for leading and developing our hospitality team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. This includes leading daily operations, overseeing the dining room and kitchen staff, and ensuring that our high standards of customer service and cleanliness are met.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee the operation of the restaurant dining room and kitchen.
  • Assist managers with recruiting, training, and developing the hospitality team.
  • Foster team cohesiveness and positive working environment.
  • Oversee opening and closing activities, ensuring excellent customer service, cleanliness, and sanitation standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory role in a casual dining restaurant.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices and regulations.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
Salary and Benefits
