Job Description

As a Restaurant Shift Leader at Zaxby's, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent guest experiences, and leading a team of talented individuals. Your primary duties will include:

  • Managing daily operations, including inventory management, food production, and quality control
  • Leading a team of team members, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure excellent performance
  • Maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards, ensuring a clean and safe environment for guests and team members
  • Communicating effectively with management, staff, and guests to resolve issues and provide exceptional service

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • The ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
