Position Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing, developing, and overseeing the sales initiatives while managing all facets of marketing for our residential living facilities within a Continuing Care Retirement Community.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base salary ranging from $80,000 to $95,000, with an additional 15% potential annual bonus and commission structure.
  • Guaranteed earnings of $160,000 in the first year.
  • Projected earnings of $180,000 to $200,000 in subsequent years through base salary and commissions.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is preferred.

  • A minimum of five years of experience managing a department, alongside comparable experience in sales or public relations.
  • Experience in customer service sectors, particularly in hospitality or retirement living, is highly desirable.
  • A proactive approach and strong leadership skills to ensure exceptional experiences for prospects and residents.
