Job Title: Senior Retail Marketing Manager

Vuori, Inc is seeking a highly skilled Senior Retail Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of retail marketing strategies for our global retail fleet. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing retail marketing campaigns that drive traffic and increase sales to retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute retail marketing strategies that align with brand objectives and drive retail foot traffic and sales.
  • Lead the retail marketing team and manage multiple projects within the team, across multiple seasons and in multiple regions across the globe.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to activate GTM and ensure retail marketing initiatives are executed.
  • Establish key storytelling moments in stores for windows, in-store displays, and key marketing stories.
  • Develop partnerships and plan community marketing initiatives to attract new customers and meet customers where they're at.
  • Analyze and report on all retail marketing metrics to evaluate effectiveness of marketing initiatives and efforts.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of marketing experience with at least 3-4 years of retail marketing and community marketing experience.
  • Solution-oriented leader with the ability to manage multiple projects within the team, across multiple seasons and in multiple regions across the globe.
  • Passion for community events and building great relationships.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, including confidence in leading cross-functional meetings.
  • Self-motivated and highly organized professional.
