Job Title: Service Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Coordinator to join our team at INSPYR Solutions. As a Service Desk Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for a wide range of technical issues
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of technical products and services
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Strong technical knowledge of telecommunications, audio, and network connectivity products and services
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficient in MS Office and service delivery management tools
