Job Description

UPLIFT Desk is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of products and services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize data to predict and improve delivery of products and services to customers
  • Work cross-departmentally with all areas of the organization and externally with suppliers and freight-forwarders
  • Optimize production, inventory levels, and transportation methods
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes and cost

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Supply Chain, Economics, or Business, or minimum of 2 years of related work experience
  • Excellent computer literacy, proficiency with G-suite, and strong skills manipulating and analyzing data with Google Sheets and/or Excel
  • Ability to adapt to new technology and software platforms and integrate information across multiple systems
  • Demonstrated experience producing inventory forecasts and demand plans and coordinating international shipping and freight brokerage

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of related work experience
  • Experience using Netsuite ERP for inventory and vendor management
  • Experience using BlueRidge Analytics for demand planning, replenishment, inventory optimization, and sales & operations planning
  • Knowledge of and experience with warehousing and order fulfillment processes and principles, to include Lean/Six Sigma or other cost-reduction, efficiency, and quality management methodologies

What You'll Do:

  • Use Netsuite, BlueRidge, and other platforms to gather, integrate, review, validate, analyze, and report data to drive actions and insights throughout the supply chain
  • Liaise with freight-forwarders and drayage companies to coordinate the delivery of inbound inventory
  • Communicate with overseas partners regarding manufacturing, quality issues, product changes, ordering, and delivery of our products
  • Partner with vendors to continuously improve service levels and cost
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with internal stakeholders in Product Development, Warehousing, Marketing, and Sales
  • Foster excellent communication at all levels of the organization regarding inventory issues, stock levels, and inbound deliveries
  • Report information and present strategic options and recommendations to executive leadership
  • Continuously improve processes and procedures related to supply chain management

  • Compensation: $26-$32 hourly
