As the first point of contact for Campus Advantage, the Front Desk Coordinator plays a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet and welcome guests, directing them to the appropriate person or office
- Answer and screen incoming phone calls, providing accurate information and resolving customer inquiries
- Manage inbound customer service concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area, with all necessary stationery and materials
- Provide general administrative and clerical support, including preparing correspondence and documents
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness, controlling access via the reception desk
- Order front office supplies and maintain inventory of stock
- Update calendars and schedule meetings, prepare and send out packages and mail
- Assist with planning and executing office and company events
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties, such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree in office administration or related field preferred
- At least three years of administrative and clerical experience required; Property Management experience preferred
- Excellent customer service orientation, verbal and written communication skills, and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, delegate when necessary, and function well in a high-paced and stressful environment
- Basic understanding of standard business equipment and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
