About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Major Account Executive-B2B to join our team at Canon Solutions America, Inc. in Miami Lakes, FL.

This role requires selling Canon's hardware and software technology-based solutions to companies within an assigned account list, developing strategies to penetrate accounts with key decision makers at the Major Account level, and placing Canon equipment and solutions in new accounts.

Responsibilities include reporting customer activity to management, identifying customer requirements, competitive trends, and changing environments; developing strategic plans to address customer's requirements on a local basis; providing marketing, technical, and administrative support to named accounts' internal departments; introducing/placing Canon technology, service, software, and 3rd party solutions to address customer requirements; establishing high-level relationships with customers to enhance long-term working partnerships; and gaining new market share through strategic prospecting and meeting customer requirements by utilizing all resources available efficiently.

This role requires living within a reasonable commuting distance to Miami Lakes, FL, so that you can adequately execute your job responsibilities.

About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 5 years of related experience.
  • Recent experience in office technology, business to business, outside sales.
  • Strong communication skills including the desire to build solid working relationships with a variety of businesses.
  • An interest in learning new technology in an evolving industry.
  • The ability to work autonomously and excellent time management skills.
  • Some travel required within local market, may include overnights (valid driver's license and acceptable driving record necessary).

Salary Information: The estimated annual salary for this role is $64,375 - $80,569, based on national averages and industry standards for a Major Account Executive-B2B in Miami Lakes, FL.
