Key Responsibilities

Client Assistance: Support customers with inquiries regarding policies, claims, and modifications.

Communication: Interact with clients via phone and in-person, delivering personalized and compassionate service.

Problem Resolution: Address customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring satisfactory outcomes.

Policy Education: Inform clients about insurance options, aiding them in making well-informed decisions.

Record Keeping: Maintain precise documentation of customer interactions and service requests.

  • A self-starter with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and be a team player.
  • A Property & Casualty license is preferred, but training is available for the right candidate.
  • Must successfully pass the required background checks.
