Job Description

WallStJobs is seeking a skilled Employee Benefits Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and connecting with prospective clients to offer tailored employee benefits packages that meet their organizational objectives and employee preferences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with HR professionals, benefits managers, and business owners to understand their needs and deliver customized benefits solutions.
  • Conduct virtual meetings and presentations to educate clients about various benefits packages, including health, dental, life insurance, retirement plans, and more.
  • Collaborate with clients to design and implement comprehensive benefits packages that align with their goals and objectives.
  • Provide ongoing support and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and client communications in our CRM system.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in employee benefits, insurance, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Self-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tools.
