A Customer Service Ambassador is responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless interactions throughout their stay. We seek individuals who possess a passion for delivering outstanding service and have a keen sense of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and perform check-in/out procedures with a smile.
- Effectively communicate hotel amenities and services to guests.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
