Role Overview
  • Assist clients in attaining sustainable performance and improvements within their organizations.
  • Develop a tailored change management strategy that aligns with project requirements and execute change management activities for each project phase.
  • Conduct impact assessments, evaluate change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
  • Provide comprehensive status updates on progress, dependencies, issues, risks, and overall program health.
  • Anticipate organizational changes associated with large-scale implementations and the necessary change management and communication strategies.
  • Ensure that critical change initiatives meet business, schedule, and budgetary objectives.
  • Establish relevant metrics and measures to help clients track progress, reinforce desired behaviors, and enhance implementation outcomes.
  • Coordinate with other initiatives to ensure a unified understanding of timelines and potential overlaps.
  • Create readiness and training materials utilizing various modalities based on best practices in customer experience.
  • Apply project management frameworks and methodologies in diverse roles.
  • Identify opportunities to deliver or develop additional value for clients.
  • Engage in internal initiatives such as business development, talent development, recruitment, marketing, and more.
  • Participate in activities that promote our organizational culture.
  • Collaborate with both internal and client project teams, contributing to internal communications and readiness activities within the program team and client groups.
  • Maintain program documentation as a centralized repository for all project-related information.
  • Contribute to the creation of high-quality and timely deliverables.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience leading significant change management projects with successful outcomes in complex organizations.
  • Prior consulting experience is essential.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent coaching and influencing skills; ability to inspire others towards a shared vision or goal.
  • Proven ability to quickly establish trust and build value-based relationships with employees at all organizational levels.
  • Solid experience in facilitation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and various project management frameworks.
  • Prosci or similar change management certifications are preferred.
  • Driven by an entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
  • Confident, self-aware team player open to giving and receiving constructive feedback.
  • Ability to facilitate project teams, guided by a strong understanding of group dynamics while achieving results.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a strong work ethic.
