About Baringa:

We are a consulting firm dedicated to creating lasting impact for our clients and pioneering a positive, people-first way of working.

Our clients appreciate how we get to know what makes their organizations tick, slotting seamlessly into their teams and being geeky about solving their challenges.

We have hubs in Europe, the US, Asia, and Australia, and work all around the world, from a wind farm in Wyoming to a boardroom in Berlin.

Our Organization, Performance & Change practice is looking for an experienced Transformation Manager to join the team.

As a member of our team, you will help shape and drive exciting transformational work across all our US industry market sectors.

Our approach is to bring together our deep expertise in Leadership and Culture Change, Organizational Design, Operating Model definition, Agile, Operational Excellence / Lean, and Technology to design a solution that meets specific client needs.

Our team is known for delivering successful purpose-led change campaigns, prioritizing the colleague experience at every stage of the change journey to drive better Transformation outcomes.

We are growing our team to meet future demand and want you to be part of our exciting growth ambitions.

We pride ourselves on being a bit more geek than generalist and live by the mantra: Be kind, be curious, be great at work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help organizations set their vision for transformation, expected outcomes, and define their organizational-wide problem statements to help set the strategic direction.
  • Support clients to redesign their operating model so that the organization is structured to deliver end-to-end value for the customer.
  • Design and deliver complex transformations, aimed at helping our clients become more agile and adaptable, both in the technology-focused areas and in the wider business.
  • Support clients to be more efficient through Lean ways of working and process optimization.
  • Work alongside our client leaders to help them embed new cultures and ways of working across their organizations, both among the leadership and their people.
  • Develop and deliver strategies to help our clients scale new ways of working across their organizations, in a manner that ensures new ways of working are sustained.
  • Leave behind a lasting capability in the client – at Baringa, we believe that the client should learn from us so that they can repeat the successes themselves, and we take this very seriously.

Requirements:

Our Transformation Manager role requires 6+ years of relevant experience in a consulting or industry role, with experience in transformation initiatives.

We recruit individuals at all levels based on merit. If you've got the skills, we would love to talk to you.
