About the Role

E4 Insurance Services is seeking a highly skilled Annuity Case Design Specialist to join our team. As a liaison between clients and financial professionals, you will play a crucial role in providing quotes, illustrations, case design, and product support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate the E4IS value proposition to financial professionals and promote sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Identify and target client cases for new sales opportunities and explain product-specific features, benefits, and selling points.
  • Keep accurate records of quotes and illustrations in CRM and analyze case details, research alternatives, and collect relevant sales support materials.
  • Schedule appointments with financial professionals for external wholesalers and recruit and onboard new advisor relationships.
  • Work with case managers to update illustrations on policies and support the E4IS Design team with overflow work from life insurance cases.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the insurance industry as an internal wholesaler, sales representative, or sales support role, annuities heavily preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of annuity products, tools, and sales concepts, including fixed, indexed, variable, deferred, and immediate annuities.
  • Experience working with Financial Advisor Representatives, including an understanding of the retirement income planning process.
  • Ability to simplify and present complex financial solutions clearly and excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite and virtual collaboration tools.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Articulate, resourceful, and able to handle multiple tasks under pressure, with a Bachelor's or a two-year degree.
