  • Complex Clinical Discussions: Partner with specialty account executives on complex clinical discussions to drive sales growth.
  • Customer Service: Partner with the Customer Solutions Group to facilitate, prioritize, and resolve customer service issues.
  • Escalation: Escalate service issue non-resolution as appropriate.
  • Tools and Resources: Leverage all tools and resources, including data, SFDC, target lists, marketing department, laboratory resources, and regional resources as needed.
  • Continuing Education: Provide continuing education to customers on new technologies and laboratory testing.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
Administrative Responsibilities
  • Forecasting: Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly sales.
  • Pipeline Management: Effectively manage pipeline via the SFDC platform.
  • Administrative Tasks: Consistently perform administrative responsibilities, such as expense reports, sales reports, and other business requests.
  • Training: Perform all trainings within assigned timelines, demonstrating proficiency.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
Qualifications
  • Work Experience: Three years of experience in sales with account ownership.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of the healthcare industry and general economics of business.
  • Skills: Ability to develop and sustain strong customer relationships, strong planning and organizational skills, excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills, and solid PC skills including Microsoft software.
  • Education: Bachelors Degree (Required).
  • License/Travel: Valid drivers license and ability to travel in the regional market.
