- Escalation: Escalate service issue non-resolution as appropriate.
- Tools and Resources: Leverage all tools and resources, including data, SFDC, target lists, marketing department, laboratory resources, and regional resources as needed.
- Continuing Education: Provide continuing education to customers on new technologies and laboratory testing.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
- Forecasting: Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly sales.
- Pipeline Management: Effectively manage pipeline via the SFDC platform.
- Administrative Tasks: Consistently perform administrative responsibilities, such as expense reports, sales reports, and other business requests.
- Training: Perform all trainings within assigned timelines, demonstrating proficiency.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
- Work Experience: Three years of experience in sales with account ownership.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of the healthcare industry and general economics of business.
- Skills: Ability to develop and sustain strong customer relationships, strong planning and organizational skills, excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills, and solid PC skills including Microsoft software.
- Education: Bachelors Degree (Required).
- License/Travel: Valid drivers license and ability to travel in the regional market.
