We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Matthew Davidson - State Farm Agent. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to identify and pursue new business leads, including prospecting, networking, and lead follow-up.
  • Client Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets, manage sales pipelines, and analyze sales data to optimize performance.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales team to share best practices, provide support, and drive collective success.
Requirements:
  • Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a business-to-business (B2B) sales environment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the insurance industry, including products, services, and market trends.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex ideas and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Property & Casualty, Life & Health licenses required.
