We also have an extensive outpatient program in Georgia and Florida. Founded in 2019, we are in an exciting growth stage with multiple expansion opportunities in the near term and a clear path for growth and leadership within the company. We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic team and help us expand our impact. This position is full-time and scheduled Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. The role is in-person in Augusta, GA with potential for remote work in the future.Job Overview:As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a key role in driving our growth by reaching out to healthcare practices, presenting our services, and establishing new partnerships. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate and nurture relationships with potential clients, set up appointments for our CEO, and contribute to the overall success of our business development efforts. Key Responsibilities:Proactively contact healthcare practices via phone, email, and other communication channels to introduce our mental health services.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to understand their needs and demonstrate how our services can meet those needs.Set up and coordinate appointments for the CEO to discuss potential partnerships and contracts with interested practices.Manage and track follow-up communications to ensure ongoing engagement and progress in the business development process.Provide regular updates and reports on outreach efforts, client interactions, and progress toward business development goals. Requirements:High School diploma or GED. Previous experience in sales, business development, or a related field is a plus, but not required. A background in mental health or healthcare is ideal, but not mandatory.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage and persuade potential clients.Strong relationship-building abilities with a proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach.Ability to manage multiple tasks and appointments efficiently, with attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.Hourly Rate: $18 - $21 per hour
