Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our Business Development Center (BDC) team. As an Automotive BDC Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating appointments and building relationships with potential customers through phone, text, and email. Your primary responsibility will be to schedule appointments for customers to meet with our sales team and ensure a positive experience from their first point of contact with our dealership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
- Schedule appointments for customers to meet with our sales team.
- Follow up with previous customers to maintain relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain an accurate database of customer information and all interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and questions.
- Collaborate with the sales and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Achieve consistent weekly and monthly performance targets.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be able to work on Monday – Saturday (day off during the week and Sundays).
