**Job Title:** Senior IT Support Specialist

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Support Specialist to join our team at 24M Technologies. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support to our clients, resolving complex technical issues, and contributing to the development of IT processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advanced Technical Support: Provide expert-level technical support to clients, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of computer systems, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.
  • Escalation Expert: Act as the senior escalation point for complex technical issues, providing guidance and resolution to clients and internal teams.
  • IT Process Development: Contribute to the development and documentation of IT processes, ensuring they are secure, efficient, and repeatable.
  • Network and Security Management: Assist with the maintenance of firewalls, manage network modifications, and ensure network performance optimization.
  • Server and Cloud Management: Perform server maintenance, manage on-premise and cloud services, and utilize Microsoft Intune for device management and security.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present detailed reports on network operations, server health, and other IT metrics.
  • IT Administrative Tasks: Handle other IT administrative tasks as required.
  • Standby and Off-Hours Support: Provide standby support and join calls outside of business hours as needed.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of IT support experience, ideally within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, CompTIA Network+, and CompTIA Security+ are highly desirable.
