Position Overview

Guardian Angel Senior Services is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for seniors. We are seeking a committed individual to join our team as a Senior Care Scheduling Specialist. This role is essential in ensuring that our clients receive the care they need while supporting our dedicated caregivers.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

Employment Type: Full-time, exempt

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate caregiver assignments based on their availability and the specific needs of clients.
  • Manage and communicate schedule modifications to all relevant parties.
  • Maintain and update client and caregiver schedules, including availability and essential information.
  • Input new client and employee data into our systems accurately.
  • Keep track of employee attendance records and ensure they are up to date.
  • Verify schedule accuracy for payroll and billing purposes.
  • Perform additional related tasks as required.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will be a proficient multi-tasker with exceptional organizational skills and a natural aptitude for problem-solving. A strong team player is essential.

Technical Skills:

Must be capable of using standard office equipment, including copiers, multi-line phones, computers, printers, and fax machines.

Experience:

Prior experience in high-volume scheduling is necessary, with a preference for those who have worked in homecare scheduling.
