Construction Management Instructor

This position is responsible for delivering instruction and facilitating student learning in the field of construction management. The successful candidate will develop and update curriculum, assess student learning outcomes, and maintain a safe and organized instructional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver instruction to students in construction management programs.
- Develop and update curriculum to ensure it is current, relevant, and aligned with industry standards.
- Assess student learning outcomes and provide feedback to students.

- Participate in professional development activities to stay current in the field of construction management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Five years of experience in construction management, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office and construction-specific software.
- OSHA 500 certification, or willingness to obtain within a specific timeframe.
- Working knowledge of engineering principles, architectural standards, and regulatory controls.
- Extensive knowledge of residential, commercial, and industrial construction methods, materials, and equipment.
