SEARHC is seeking a highly skilled Accounting Professional to join our team. As a key member of our Finance Department, you will be responsible for performing complex accounting functions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with grant requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including grant reports and general ledger reconciliations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of financial tasks, including journal entries and budget updates.
  • Collaborate with grant managers to ensure compliance with funding agency requirements.
  • Assist with annual external financial statement audit, including preparation of schedules and reconciliations.
  • Perform special financial accounting projects, including research and analysis.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting.
  • 3 years of experience in accounting, including grant accounting and financial reporting.
  • Intermediate fund accounting knowledge and experience with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS).
  • Advanced accounting computer applications skills.
