Hardscape Field Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a hardscape crew of 2-4 team members, providing guidance and support to achieve project goals.
- Complete daily task logs and hour tracking to maintain accurate records.
- Read and interpret designs, work orders, and blueprints to understand project requirements.
- Confirm and order materials for each assigned project, ensuring timely delivery.
- Operate a range of equipment, including mini excavators, skid steers, concrete saws, and grinders.
- Drive a light-duty dump truck and adhere to proper trailering methods.
- Check and maintain equipment and trucks to ensure optimal performance.
- Organize the shop and trucks to maintain a clean and efficient work environment.
- Communicate and coordinate with the production manager to ensure smooth project execution.
- 3-5 years of experience in hardscape installation.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- Ability to work in-person in North Carolina.
- Ability to operate basic landscape equipment.
- Ability to drive a light-duty dump truck and have trailering experience.
- 5+ years of experience in landscape construction/hardscape, working with natural stone and concrete products.
- Degree in landscape or construction field.
- Bilingual: ability to speak Spanish and English.
