Job Summary

The Field Service Manager will be responsible for working closely with KIOTI's dealer network to provide technical product expertise, training, and support. This role will involve visiting dealers on a routine basis, evaluating their performance, and providing constructive feedback to both dealers and KIOTI leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance and feedback to dealers on product assembly, warranty processes, and technical issues.
  • Collaborate with dealers to develop best practices for aftersales processes through training, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Represent the KIOTI brand in a professional manner while conducting business with dealers.
  • Track dealer performance through structured reporting methods and provide regular updates to leadership.
  • Participate in dealer events, such as trade shows and open houses, to promote KIOTI products and services.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 4+ years of related technical experience in a professional environment.
  • Up to 90% travel required, with flexibility to depart on short notice.
  • Fluency in English; French-speaking capability preferred for open positions in Canada.
  • Strong performance in communication, problem-solving, customer service, data tracking, collaboration, project management, and training.
  • Mechanical aptitude and awareness of product performance/engineering standards.
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
