Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Specialist to join our team at Community and Economic Development Assoc. This role is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs to support the development of our staff and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training plans to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff and partners.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and develop targeted solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs that meet business objectives.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of training participation and completion.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as education, human resources, or organizational development.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a non-profit or corporate setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) matching.
