National Louis University's Accelerate U team is seeking a skilled and experienced clinical training specialist to teach medical assisting skills to students. As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our mission to prepare diverse students for sustained professional success.

About the Role:
The Clinical Training Specialist will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality training content for medical assisting skills labs. This includes creating lesson plans, preparing materials, and instructing students in small group settings. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a clinical setting, excellent facilitation and classroom management skills, and the ability to work with a highly diverse faculty and student body.

Requirements:
- Certified medical assistant with 5+ years of experience in a clinical role and setting
- Excellent facilitation and classroom management skills
- Ability to work with a highly diverse faculty and student body
- Strong passion for teaching and engaging students in the learning process

Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000-$85,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer benefits such as health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
