Behavioral Training Specialist

Role Overview
The QBS Master Trainer is responsible for delivering training programs, primarily Safety-Care, to customers requiring expertise in behavior change and management. Traveling extensively, this role involves conducting training classes in various settings, including educational, residential, and treatment facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and implement QBS training programs as prescribed in training manuals and directive materials
- Arrange and travel to customer sites to conduct multi-day training programs in the US or internationally
- Complete paperwork in a timely and accurate manner, including training records and expense reports
- Maintain and promote customer service and satisfaction through professional behavior
- Assist with customer support by responding to questions, concerns, and complaints
- Support sales and marketing efforts through participation in activities such as presentations and sales meetings
- Participate in the design, development, and refinement of training materials to meet client needs
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience providing consultation and training in behavioral principles and procedures to para-professionals
- Experience with high-intensity behavioral challenges required
- Ability to travel 30 weeks per year with some weekend travel
- Physical requirements include standing and kneeling for long periods, getting up and down from the floor without using the floor for support repetitively, and ability to support weight to the ground or to lift
- Proficient and professional verbal and written communication skills
- Access to strong and reliable internet connection for webinars and meetings
- Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Education and Certification:
- Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or closely related program
- Currently active Board Certification in Behavior Analysis
Compensation:
$88,000 - $98,000 annually plus bonus and COLA increase annually
