This position offers a competitive hourly wage, with opportunities for bonuses. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.

Job Overview:

The Site Maintenance Associate is responsible for the routine upkeep of the apartment community, including buildings, amenities, and surrounding areas, ensuring a welcoming impression for residents, guests, and team members on-site. You will be expected to maintain the community's curb appeal while communicating effectively and professionally. It is essential that assigned tasks are completed in a timely manner and will likely require operating tools and equipment in accordance with safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily responsibilities and duties for multiple apartment communities.
  • Ensure meticulous upkeep and trash removal of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and community common areas.
  • Assist in the cleaning and preparation of units, including trash removal from vacant apartments.
  • Conduct weather preparation and clean-up as needed.
  • Organize, maintain, and utilize provided supplies in a cost-effective manner.
  • Present an appearance that aligns with the company's image.
  • Complete additional tasks or duties assigned by community leadership.
Qualifications:

Professional Experience:
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role preferred.
Education:
  • High school education or equivalent is preferred.
  • Ability to accurately perform basic mathematical functions.
Computer Skills:
  • Basic computer and Internet knowledge preferred.
  • Ability to use on-site resident management software preferred.
Physical Demands:
  • Physical demands may include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. The team member will be regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and reach using feet, legs, back, arms, and hands. The team member may occasionally be required to climb. Specific vision requirements include the ability to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The team member will be required to work at a personal computer. Must possess the ability to detect auditory and/or visual alarms and be available to work extended/flexible hours and weekends as needed.
