About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sourcing Manager to join our 3PM Procurement team at Danone North America. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our Contract Manufacturing supply base and developing sourcing strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify new suppliers and improve existing relationships
  • Conduct market analysis and supply market research to inform sourcing decisions
  • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure best quality, collaboration, innovation, and cost
  • Lead project management activities to implement industrial performance metrics and monitor continuous improvement
  • Evaluate and manage the global performance of Contract Manufacturing suppliers
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8+ years experience in Strategic procurement, Contract Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a similar role
  • Experience in the food-processing industry, especially perishable products, is an asset
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, multi-cultural, matrix environment
  • People management and leadership skills, with the ability to coach and steward cross-functional teams
  • Rigorous data analysis capability and financial acumen
  • Ability to develop and implement sustainable initiatives and lead change by engaging people
