We're seeking a compassionate Behavioral Health Specialist to support direct patient care and guide new team members. About the Role:
The Behavioral Health Specialist is responsible for assisting clients during admissions, conducting regular checks, searches, and inspections as needed, and collaborating with clinical and medical teams to support client treatment plans. You'll also mentor and train new staff on procedures and best practices, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
