We are looking for a highly motivated Head of Sales Performance to join our team at IFS. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of the sales organization's operations and enabling functions. This includes streamlining sales processes, implementing the right sales technologies, and developing robust analytics and reporting capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to align sales operations with the company's overall objectives and market trends.
  • Exceptional Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.

We offer a competitive salary range of $175,000 to $200,000 annually, plus bonus, and a range of benefits, including flexible paid time off, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and more.
