In this role as Vice President of Sales, you'll be responsible for leading our sales efforts in North America, providing strategic guidance and direction to our team. Your expertise will be essential in developing and implementing sales strategies, analyzing sales activity, and driving business growth.
This position requires a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in complex sales at the C-level. You must have prior experience managing high-performing teams and have led initiatives that drive revenue and profitability.
The estimated salary range for this position is $170,000 to $200,000 plus up to 100% bonus potential. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer flexible paid time off, medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401K with company contribution, and tuition assistance.
