We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Residential Sales Representative to join our team at Waltham Services, LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and pursue new business opportunities in the residential pest control market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the pest control industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
