We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Residential Sales Representative to join our team at Waltham Services, LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the residential pest control market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and sell residential pest control services to new and existing customers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the pest control industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
