Job Title: Standards Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Information Security Specialist to join our team at VDart. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for providing consultation and advice to partners on technology controls and information security programs, policies, and standards. Your expertise will help us identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide consultation and advice to partners on technology controls and information security programs, policies, and standards.
  • Conduct project consulting on risk assessment, control design, and vulnerability assessments.
  • Lead or contribute to the completion of risk and control design assessments for application portfolios.
  • Contribute to the definition, development, and oversight of a global security management strategy and framework.
  • Ensure technology, processes, and governance are in place to monitor, detect, prevent, and react to technology and security threats.
  • Develop on-going technology risk reporting and monitoring key trends and defining metrics to measure control effectiveness.
  • Work proactively with technology partners and stakeholders to ensure technology security components are integrated into the bank's overall Enterprise Architecture.
  • Consult on regulatory compliance requirements, reporting, and questions.
  • Provide support and consulting in preparation for audits and composing management responses and remediation activities.
  • Participate in computer security incident responses and represent the function and Enterprise position to the business and incident response team.

Requirements:
  • Expert knowledge of IT security and risk disciplines and practices.
  • Advanced knowledge of organization, technology controls, security, and risk issues.
  • May participate on complex, comprehensive, or large projects and initiatives.
  • Acts as a lead expert resource in technology controls and information security for project teams, the business, and/or outside vendors.
  • Generally reports to Senior Manager or above.
