Construction Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a skilled business development professional to join our team as a Commercial Account Acquisition Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability through new customer acquisition and increasing current customer spending.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pursue new business opportunities in the electrical construction market
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners
- Partner with sales teams to create winning proposals and contracts
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
- 3+ years of progressively responsible experience in sales and business development, preferably in the electrical construction industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including group presentations
- Proven sales track record and demonstrated B2B sales expertise
- Aptitude for research and analysis, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: $120,000 - $225,000 per year, based on experience and performance
