Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Operations Manager to join our team at BronxCare Health System. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our department, including supervising clerical staff, managing budgets, and coordinating projects. Your primary duties will include maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.

About the Role
The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in office management or administration, with a strong background in budgeting and supervision. You should possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of KBC, Eclipsys, and Care Management (Allscripts).

Responsibilities
- Oversee departmental operations and supervise clerical staff
- Manage budgets and coordinate projects
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports
