Shift Supervisor Trainee Position

Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with store management and crews to ensure seamless store operations
- Supervise and direct store staff to achieve exceptional customer service and sales results
- Effectively communicate with store management and crews to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Assist customers with their questions, problems, and complaints, promoting a positive shopping experience
- Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and adhere to company policies
- Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills, and computer skills
- Advanced communication skills and ability to work a flexible schedule
- Preferred qualifications include experience in retail, education, and a high school diploma or equivalent
- Competitive pay range: $26.00
