Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting comprehensive scenario analyses at the ZNA level and articulating the implications of planning sensitivities.
- Crafting executive presentations and synthesizing insights on performance drivers and trends.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to Finance leadership on strategic matters.
- Engaging in business travel as necessary.
- Working extended hours during peak periods when required.
- Completing applicable examinations or licensing as necessary.
- Maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
- Demonstrating behaviors that reflect a commitment to corporate values.
- Contributing to performance management discussions for project team members.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Accounting or Finance, or
- High School Diploma or Equivalent with at least 6 years of experience in Accounting or Finance, or
- Completion of the Zurich Finance Development Program, including a Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Accounting or Finance, or
- Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the insurance industry.
- Background in project management.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CPCU, CFA, or CTP.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Compensation:
Compensation for roles at Zurich varies based on several factors, including office location, role, skill set, and experience level. Zurich provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles as required by local law. Additional rewards may include short-term incentive bonuses and merit increases. The starting salary range for this position is $57,000 to $94,300.
