Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Accounting or Finance, or
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent with at least 6 years of experience in Accounting or Finance, or
  • Completion of the Zurich Finance Development Program, including a Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Accounting or Finance, or
  • Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Accounting or Finance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the insurance industry.
  • Background in project management.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, CPCU, CFA, or CTP.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation:

Compensation for roles at Zurich varies based on several factors, including office location, role, skill set, and experience level. Zurich provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles as required by local law. Additional rewards may include short-term incentive bonuses and merit increases. The starting salary range for this position is $57,000 to $94,300.
